Incoming Calls

The assistant answers from approved business information. It can ask your team for help or save a request for later. It cannot confirm a booking, take a payment, or promise when your team will reply. The public phone example is available only when its line is ready. Your carrier may charge for a phone call.

Guided AI Calls

Review the number, purpose, introduction, disclosure, funding, time limit and maximum charge before you place a real call. Do not use Guided AI Calls for emergencies, medical diagnosis, debt collection, identity checks, irreversible purchases, or legal and financial decisions that need a qualified person. Do not use it for cold sales or bulk calls.

The caller may not answer, and a call may fail or end without the result you wanted. An instruction may remain unconfirmed when the connection is lost. Check its state before trying again. Current prices and required confirmations appear in the call review.
